Concrete Leveling Lead Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical or polyurethane-based systems and the ability to lead job sites efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee concrete leveling projects using polyurethane injection to lift and level driveways, sidewalks, walkways, pool decks, and residential/commercial slabs
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in polyurethane concrete lifting applications
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure smooth project execution
Train and guide technicians/assistants on proper procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
Perform materials handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance
Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols
Maintain accurate measurements and ensure precision in all leveling and repair work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required)
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
Proven leadership experience or ability to lead a crew in a hands-on environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material usage

Preferred Experience

Experience with polyurethane injection or concrete leveling
Background in mechanical work or equipment operation
Home services industry experience (foundation repair, concrete, construction, etc.)
Spray foam application experience

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
