Concrete Leveling Lead Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical or polyurethane-based systems and the ability to lead job sites efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee concrete leveling projects using polyurethane injection to lift and level driveways, sidewalks, walkways, pool decks, and residential/commercial slabs
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment used in polyurethane concrete lifting applications
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure smooth project execution
- Train and guide technicians/assistants on proper procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Perform materials handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols
- Maintain accurate measurements and ensure precision in all leveling and repair work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Proven leadership experience or ability to lead a crew in a hands-on environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material usage
Preferred Experience
- Experience with polyurethane injection or concrete leveling
- Background in mechanical work or equipment operation
- Home services industry experience (foundation repair, concrete, construction, etc.)
- Spray foam application experience

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
