SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

2+ years of hands-on tire installation and service experience (heavy truck, automotive, or both)
Experience with alignments, suspension work, or steering diagnostics is a huge plus
You take pride in diagnosing the ROOT CAUSE of problems - not just replacing parts
You’re the kind of person who notices unusual tire wear, handling issues, or suspension problems before they become major failures
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
Ability to work independently while also being a solid team player
Good communication skills and professionalism with both coworkers and customers
You care about doing quality work and keeping a clean, organized workspace
Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus, but not required)

✓ Most importantly: you’ve got a good attitude, strong work ethic, and genuinely care about doing things the right way
