Tire & Alignment Specialists: Ever get that feeling of hesitation before you have to clock in on a Monday?
You’re the guy who actually notices the weird wear pattern nobody else catches.
You know when a suspension issue is going to destroy a fresh set of tires before it even happens.
You care enough to diagnose the ROOT problem instead of just slapping parts on and pushing the vehicle out the door.
But instead of being respected for that…
You’re stuck rushing through jobs, cleaning up other people’s mistakes, fighting broken systems, or working around people who simply don’t care the way you do.
Now, maybe your current shop is “fine.”
Steady paycheck. Same routine. Same frustrations.
But deep down… you know you’ve outgrown it.
You want better leadership.
Better systems. Better people.
More respect. More stability.
And a place where your knowledge actually matters.
At E.L.M. Repair & Refrigeration in Edgar, WI, we’re building exactly that.
For nearly 30 years, we’ve built our reputation by doing quality work, treating people right, and creating long-term relationships with both our customers and our employees.
We’re a growing, family-owned diesel and automotive shop looking for an experienced Tire / Alignment / Suspension Specialist who takes pride in precision work and wants to be part of a team that actually gives a damn.
This isn’t just a “tire guy” position.
We’re looking for someone who can diagnose suspension and alignment issues, identify wear patterns, perform alignments across heavy-duty trucks, trailers…
And automotive vehicles, and help us continue improving and growing our tire program over the long haul.
So, if you’re looking for a clean, organized shop with good people, steady work, paid training, real benefits, and leadership that respects your experience instead of micromanaging you…
Then keep reading.

ABOUT E.L.M. REPAIR & REFRIGERATION
E.L.M. Repair & Refrigeration has been serving the Edgar, WI area since 1996. What started as a family-owned operation built by Evan and Mary Lang has grown into a trusted name in heavy-duty truck, trailer, refrigeration, tire, alignment, and automotive repair throughout the region.
We’ve built our reputation the old-school way: by treating people right, standing behind our work, and focusing on long-term relationships instead of quick transactions.
Our customers count on us because they know we care about quality, safety, and fixing problems the right way the first time.
And we believe the same philosophy should apply inside the shop, too.
That means creating an environment where good technicians are respected, supported, listened to, and given the tools and structure they need to succeed.
