We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fire sprinkler service, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, and installation. We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and maintaining life safety systems to the highest standards. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 18 months of fire sprinkler service and installation experience
Experience servicing, troubleshooting, and installing commercial fire sprinkler systems
Knowledge of NFPA codes, fire sprinkler standards, and installation procedures
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

NICET certification or equivalent fire sprinkler certifications
Experience with commercial wet, dry, pre-action, and related fire sprinkler systems
State of Michigan fire sprinkler industry experience
OSHA safety training

Responsibilities

Perform inspection, testing, service, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
Install and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial facilities
Diagnose and repair sprinkler system deficiencies efficiently and professionally
Complete accurate service documentation and reports
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes and company standards
Maintain positive customer relationships while representing Gallagher Fire Equipment Co.
