Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role combines precise cost estimation with proactive project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties

Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, incorporating material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
Develop detailed project budgets and cost control strategies to monitor expenses throughout the construction process.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope of work to optimize project value.
Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, design specifications, and contract requirements.
Review and interpret construction contracts, change orders, and scope modifications; communicate adjustments effectively to all stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, track progress reports, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management expertise in the construction industry.
Proficiency with Bluebeam for document markup and collaboration; experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and management practices.
Knowledge of contracts law related to construction projects and ability to interpret contractual obligations accurately.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: $67,678.72 - $100,000.00 per year
