Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, incorporating material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.
- Develop detailed project budgets and cost control strategies to monitor expenses throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope of work to optimize project value.
- Manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols, design specifications, and contract requirements.
- Review and interpret construction contracts, change orders, and scope modifications; communicate adjustments effectively to all stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, track progress reports, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating combined with project management expertise in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam for document markup and collaboration; experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and management practices.
- Knowledge of contracts law related to construction projects and ability to interpret contractual obligations accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: $67,678.72 - $100,000.00 per year
