Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master HVAC Technician to lead and grow the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. In this energetic role, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and water heaters.
Build and lead a team of skilled HVAC technicians as well as develop in experienced technicians
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Conduct field service operations involving appliance repair, equipment repair, welding, and property maintenance tasks with precision and safety.
Manage service calls efficiently by coordinating with clients on-site; provide clear explanations of repairs needed and preventive maintenance recommendations.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, equipment status reports, schematics updates, and compliance documentation.
Operate a vehicle responsibly for timely transportation between job sites while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Skills

Extensive experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning systems)
Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in plumbing, boiler operation, appliance repairc and general property maintenance.
Ability to independently lead and grow a team.
Proven ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals accurately.
Field service experience with a focus on equipment repair,
Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC system installation and upgrades within commercial or industrial settings.
Familiarity with HVAC safety standards and local building codes; ability to work safely in confined spaces or elevated areas.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to operate company vehicles responsibly.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
