Title of Position: Commercial Accounting Specialist

Essential Functions:

. General responsibility for the commercial AP and AR department

. Generate commercial pay applications for services rendered

. Enter and code invoices received from vendors

. Reconcile Monthly Vendor Statements

. Receive commercial payments and post to correct invoices

. Perform basic collection activities to prevent delinquent accounts

. Communicate with vendors on account activity and inquiries

. Maintain accurate customer and vendor records

. Handle inquires and incoming work and purchase orders

. Perform other tasks as assigned

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
