Job Description:

Uplifting Crane is seeking a Crane Operator to join our team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven individual who is NCCO Certified and holds a valid CDL. The ideal candidate will preferably have 2 years of experience operating cranes and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

Operate cranes to move materials, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently at construction and industrial sites.
Perform pre-operation inspections to ensure the crane is in proper working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe crane operations.
Transport and deliver heavy materials to and from job sites.
Collaborate with team members to ensure job site efficiency and safety.
Complete necessary paperwork and reports related to crane operations and job performance.
Maintain equipment and report any issues or necessary repairs.
Ensure the crane’s load capacity is always within safe operational limits.
Trucking counterweights & Material
Rigging/signal experience

Qualifications:

CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is required.
NCCO Certification (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) is required.
Preferably Minimum 2 years of crane operating experience.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Must be a go-getter and driven to deliver high-quality work.
Excellent attention to detail and a focus on safety at all times.
Ability to adapt to changing job conditions and solve problems as they arise.
Physically fit and capable of handling the physical demands of the job.
