What You’ll Do

As our Maintenance Plumber, you’ll help maintain plumbing systems across multiple dealership locations, ensuring safe, functional facilities for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities include:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, valves, drains, water lines, and fixtures
Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and perform effective repairs
Respond to urgent plumbing emergencies to minimize downtime
Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly system failures
Ensure all work meets current plumbing codes and regulations
Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams on special projects
Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Plumbing experience required (commercial maintenance experience preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize urgent issues
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license required
Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

This role requires active, hands-on work, including:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
Repetitive hand and body motion
Lifting and moving materials and tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly
