Press Brake Operator – Dosco Sheet Metal (Millbury, MA)
Dosco Sheet Metal is a small, established metal fabrication job shop with 35 years in business. We’re looking for a skilled individual who can thrive in a fast‑paced job shop environment. If you have Amada and Accurpress press brake experience, enjoy hands‑on work, and take pride in producing high‑quality parts, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Amada and Accurpress press brakes to form complex sheet metal components.
Produce high‑quality parts with minimal error.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
Inspect and measure parts using tape measures, digital calipers, and other precision tools.
Maintain consistent attendance and be available for overtime when required.
Keep a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use.
Perform additional fabrication tasks as needed, including shearing, drilling, tapping, deburring, and polishing of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of press brake operating experience.
Strong blueprint reading skills.
Solid mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals.
Self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and reliable communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
