What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Communicate clearly with homeowners and educate them on repair options.
Complete digital paperwork accurately and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
Represent the Collards brand with professionalism and integrity.
