Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing, forming, and installation. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing.

Duties

Must have Drivers license
Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
Pour and spread concrete into forms, ensuring proper thickness and alignment.
Finish surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired texture and appearance.
Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed for structural integrity.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as necessary during construction activities.
Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction processes.
Proficient in rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques.
Familiarity with hardscape applications and masonry work.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely.
Construction site experience with an understanding of safety regulations.
Competent in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
