Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Agreement Sales Representative

Northern Weathermakers is hiring a high-performing Sales Representative to grow our commercial HVAC service agreement business in the Northbrook, IL market. This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional to build a strong book of business with uncapped earning potential, supported by a reputable, employee-owned company.

What You’ll Do:

Generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and territory prospecting
Sell preventative maintenance/service agreements to commercial and industrial clients
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
Conduct site visits, equipment surveys, and client needs assessments
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and close sales
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling
Develop referral networks and expand market presence
Track activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (HVAC, mechanical, construction, or related industry preferred)
Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and disciplined follow-through
Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
Ability to understand technical systems and present solutions effectively
Reliable transportation and ability to cover the Northbrook/Chicagoland territory
