We are currently seeking experienced commercial HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of 5 year experience. Commercial Service Technicians are resposible for maintenance, installation and repairs on HVAC systems. You will utilitze your knowledge of refrigeration theory, pneumatics and electronic control systems, electrical schematics, pipe fitting, welding/brazing and mechanical layouts.

Responsibilites:

-Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfication.

-Be able to complete repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.

-Document work completed via paperwork on each job and maintaining files.

-Remain up to date on all manufacturers' products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, repair and service.

-Maintain tidey vehicle and stay up to date with vehicle maintenance.

-Provides technical support to customers.

-Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

-Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties that may arise, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work as necessary.

-Use a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schematics or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.

-Will complete preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as needed or requested by customer.

Requirements:

-Must have a valid drivers license.

-Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.

-Associate's degree, HVAC trade school certification or 5 year apprenticeship program.

-EPA approved Universal Technician Certification.

-2 years of DDC experience.

Preferred:

-OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Certifications.

-Experience with VFD, Screw Chiller, Scrole Compressor, Boilers, and Centrifugal Chillers.

-Low Voltage Electrical Certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
