Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and our environment remains productive and welcoming. Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, mechanical equipment, and electrical components using schematics and technical manuals.
Install new appliances, HVAC units, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
Conduct troubleshooting for complex mechanical issues using schematics, technical drawings, and diagnostic tools.
Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accurate documentation.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate construction or renovation projects involving mechanical systems or building infrastructure.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair.
Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
Hands-on experience with HVAC & appliance technology including installation and repair of air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration systems.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients about maintenance issues or repairs.
Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment repair and preventative maintenance strategies.
Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure projects is a plus.
Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety regulations; leadership qualities are valued for mentoring junior technicians.
