Boiler Brothers Heating & Cooling is a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving residential and light commercial customers. We specialize in HVAC retrofits, including gas furnaces, air conditioning, boilers, ductless systems, sheet metal, and controls.

Job Responsibilities

Install, repair, replace, and maintain HVAC equipment
Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and ductless systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and mechanical issues
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Perform equipment repairs and replacements
Design and build HVAC systems based on project requirements
Work with controls, sheet metal, and related HVAC components
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Communicate professionally with customers and explain work performed
Work with the team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration principles
Hands-on experience with HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good communication and customer service skills
Boiler experience preferred
Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus
Property maintenance experience is a plus
Valid driver's license required
