Kleeberg Mechanical Services, LLC provides a full range of professional mechanical and HVAC services. We are looking for an individual with an HVAC Control Background having knowledge of building automation software and the capability to learn new systems and controls. Must be a team player who is cooperative and supportive that will meet customer expectations.

Must have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and apply this towards servicing and commissioning DDC programmable controllers using software engineering tools. Properly completes required project and service documentation. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a high level of self-confidence with the ability to work independently.

Interpersonal skills to properly represent Kleeberg Mechanical Services to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner is a must.

Job Duties:

* Have the ability to operate building automation software and controls.

* Interpret control drawings, plan and specifications to test programs.

* Point to point checkout, startup, and commissioning on assigned projects.

* Utilize hand tools, laptop, and test equipment on site.

* Analyze problems and resolve issues to ensure overall system functions properly.

* Responds to customer service calls (emergency, on-site, or on-line), check indicated points of trouble, analyzes requirement of system involved and checks and tests systems components.

* Performs preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical components and automated process controls

* Perform diagnostics on automation system, process controls, mechanical devices, electrical systems and components.

* Perform calibrations, on temperature sensors, flow meters and pressure devices

* Tests and verify system readings ensuring optimal system operation.

* Completes service repairs, replacements, upgrades, adjustments and calibration on automation systems and components.

* Completes and submits written service orders and reports covering all aspects of each assignment and activity.

* Provides technical support, and direction to end-users and employees when applicable.

* Assertive and decisive when handling problematic situations with customers.

Qualifications:

*Minimum of a 2-year technical certificate or an Associate Degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field.

*Minimum 2 years in HVAC Experience

*Minimum 2 years in Controls - Building Automation

*Working knowledge of Honeywell, Niagara/Tridium a plus

*OSHA 10 required

*HVAC Mechanical experience a plus

*PC experience required and the ability to program HVAC related software.

*Must have a valid Driver’s license

*Good driving record
