Are you an experienced In-Home Sales Leader with HVAC experience who thrives on coaching, accountability, and building high-performing in-home sales teams? A well-established, national home services organization is seeking a driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead and elevate a residential outside sales team.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in one-call close, in-home selling environments and is passionate about developing sales professionals while driving consistent revenue growth. You will oversee a team of 15+ seasoned sales representatives, focusing on sharpening closing strategies, improving conversion rates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the home.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ outside/in-home sales professionals, strengthening their confidence and effectiveness in customer homes
Drive sales performance through clear goal setting, targeted coaching, and ongoing training initiatives
Oversee daily sales operations, monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and close rates
Facilitate weekly team meetings to review results, refine sales techniques, and share market insights and best practices
Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment and execution
Address and resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience leading in-home or outside sales teams in a residential environment
Proven success coaching and motivating sales teams to exceed performance and revenue goals
Strong expertise in in-home closing strategies, one-call close, and consultative selling
Results-driven leader with a passion for accountability, development, and continuous improvement
Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
