Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed estimates and takeoffs for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects in Commack, NY.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and fire protection scopes for accuracy and completeness.
Price materials, labor, and subcontracted work to support competitive and profitable bids.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams during the bidding process.
Support bid revisions, reviews, and smooth project handoff after award.
Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and pricing documentation.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify scope and project requirements.
