Role and Responsibilities: As a Fire Alarm Installer, you will be responsible for:

Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan fire alarm system installations.
Installing fire alarm control panels, detectors, sensors, wiring, and peripheral devices in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Collaborating with team members and project managers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Conducting system tests, inspections, and verify proper functionality and compliance.
Providing on-site training to clients on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

3-5 years minimum experience in fire alarm system installation or a related field.
Proficiency in interpreting drawings, submittals, technical diagrams, and schematics.
Strong knowledge of NFPA & IBC codes, regulations, and other local standards.
Active NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems, Journeyman or Master Electrician License.
Skilled in working with various tools, equipment, and materials required for installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
