Job Description
- Install residential heat pump systems (primarily mini-splits and multi-zone systems)
- Perform service, diagnostics, and repairs
- Complete seasonal cleanings and maintenance
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and represent the company professionally
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Document work performed using simple digital tools
- Work as part of a small, supportive team
What We’re Looking For
We care more about attitude, reliability, and work ethic than a perfect résumé.
Ideal candidate:
- HVAC experience (install, service, or both)
- EPA certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Comfortable working independently or with a small crew
- Good with customers and communication
- Interested in long-term growth, not just a short-term job
- Positive, team-first attitude
Bonus (not required):
- Experience with Mitsubishi, Daikin, or Samsung systems
- Electrical or sheet metal experience
- Service and troubleshooting background
Licensed Trades Welcome (Strongly Preferred)
If you hold any of the following licenses, you will be considered a strong candidate:
- Electrical (Journeyman or Master)
- Plumbing (Journeyman or Master)
- Oil or gas licenses
- Any advanced HVAC certifications

- Travel to residential job sites in the surrounding area
