Duties

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Collaborate closely with clients, , subcontractors, and vendors to develop comprehensive project scopes and schedules.
Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, contract negotiations, and managing subcontractor relationships.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Dropbox to develop detailed project schedules and track progress.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation of project requirements and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance and quality assurance while managing project risks proactively.
Prepare detailed reports on project status, cost control measures, and schedule updates; conduct regular site visits to oversee progress.
Coordinate project teams effectively through communication with teammates
Ensure all work aligns with blueprint reading standards and schematics specifications while maintaining strict adherence to contractual obligations.

Skills

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on commercial HVAC projects; strong background in construction site operations is essential.
Expertise in project scheduling; ability to develop realistic timelines and adjust plans as needed.
