Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Technician to join our dedicated team. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles with precision and care, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance.
Duties
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening using advanced tools and techniques
- Conduct welding operations such as MIG welding, STRW and Brazing
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components efficiently
- Assist with auto estimating to accurately assess repair costs and scope of work
Qualifications
- Proven experience or background in auto body repair is required
- Strong MIG welding skills along with fabrication experience in sheet metal work
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and auto repair equipment
- Experience with auto glass replacement and auto painting techniques such as airless spray painting
- Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service principles is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- ICAR training is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
