Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality, safety, and curb appeal of our property, including interior units, common areas, and exterior amenities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair pools, spas, fountains, and other outdoor amenities, including cleaning, chemical balance, and minor repairs.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections in apartments, common areas, and clubhouse facilities.
Address work orders efficiently and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
Support ongoing painting, repairs, and improvement projects throughout the property.
Keep the maintenance shop and equipment organized and well-maintained.
Assist with landscaping, lighting, and general grounds upkeep to maintain curb appeal.
Help with occasional housekeeping duties in common areas as needed.
Participate in on-call rotation to respond to urgent maintenance issues.
Monitor and support property safety and security, including vacant units and exterior doors.
Provide occasional resident support, such as deliveries or community services.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of experience in multi-family or residential property maintenance.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and general construction.
HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional appearance.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
