What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service gas & oil furnaces, boilers, central AC systems, and heat pumps
- Perform maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Run service calls independently (no helper required)
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just replacing parts)
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work independently and manage service calls
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
Massachusetts refrigeration license is a plus.
