The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer & Service Technician who is dependable, takes pride in their craft, and is ready to lead a small installation team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who wants stability, respect, and long-term growth with a local company that values expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs residential HVAC installations including boilers, furnaces, condensers, and heat pump systems
Ensure work is completed on time, up to code, and to company standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, sales staff, and project managers
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Complete job documentation, system start-ups, testing, and quality checks

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience required
5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
Proven ability to lead or support installations
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and professionalism
Valid driver’s license required
