Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding on various metal components, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of complex projects across industrial, manufacturing, and custom fabrication environments. Duties

Execute TIG welding on diverse metal parts, including sheet metal, stainless steel, and aluminum components, following detailed blueprints and schematics.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances during fabrication.
Operate power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine inspections of welds using visual assessment and non-destructive testing methods to ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to forklift handling and mechanical procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in TIG welding with a strong understanding of specific welding techniques.
Industrial fabrication experience is highly preferred for working in dynamic environments.
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical systems.
Ability to operate calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and welding equipment accurately.
Familiarity with ASME codes & standards governing welding practices and safety procedures.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical instructions.
Mechanical knowledge related to machining processes and assembly techniques.
Certification in TIG welding is advantageous.
Ability to work safely around cranes, forklifts, power tools, and other heavy equipment in manufacturing settings.
