Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to diagnose issues accurately.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment performance.
Troubleshoot electrical systems involving low voltage and high voltage components using appropriate testing devices.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, and other field service tools safely and efficiently.
Conduct welding operations, including welding techniques, ensuring quality standards are met.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records for work orders and asset tracking.
Assist in training team members on safety procedures and proper use of tools and machinery.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols related to high voltage systems, electrical work, and industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or in a similar industrial maintenance role within a manufacturing facility.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulic systems, welding (including welding), electrical troubleshooting, and schematics interpretation.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC/R systems, and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
Experience working with low voltage electrical systems as well as high voltage safety procedures.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters for analysis purposes.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong analysis capabilities to identify root causes quickly.
Ability to operate scissor lifts and other lifting equipment safely; OSHA certification is preferred.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
