Harry Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising crews, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
- Manage project schedules and assist with cost control
- Perform quality checks and ensure installations meet specifications
- Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and project documentation
Qualifications
- Strong commercial electrical experience
- Proven leadership and crew management experience
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Journeyman/ Master Electrical required.
- Minimum 2 Year leader Experience.
