Role Description

This is a FAST PACED, full-time, on-site (Multiple Location) role for a Construction Project Manager based in Westport, CT. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE HUNGRY & LIKE BEING BUSY. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of Residential Luxury construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, contractors and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves resolving any challenges that may arise during and after the construction process while fostering clear communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to oversee multiple tasks and teams effectively
Technologically Competent
Experience with Budgeting and managing project costs
Familiarity with construction regulations, permitting processes, and quality standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Relevant certifications
Looking to grow and hungry to work hard and execute exceptional results in a very fast paced environment
