Project Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$20.00 to $28.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Coordinating diverse project elements
Project Planning & Scheduling
Engineering Detailing Coordination
Facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
Procurement & Purchasing Management.
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation.
Monitor project progress closely.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving concerns to foster strong relationships.
Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance protocols and safety.
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management, attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer operation, typing skills, and familiarity with standard office software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
Highly reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Predominantly desk-based work.
Ability to sit for extended periods, perform repetitive typing motions, and engage in verbal communication.

Project Manager Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are highly valued.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, structural steel erection, welding codes (e.g., AWS), and blueprint reading.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within the steel industry
