We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pipe Welder to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing team. This role is essential in assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems across various projects, ensuring they meet strict safety and quality standards. As a Pipe Welder, you will work on diverse construction sites and manufacturing facilities, utilizing your expertise to deliver precision welds that uphold industry regulations and project specifications. Responsibilities

Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems.
Perform various welding techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), and other welding processes compliant with ASME codes & standards.
Fit, cut, thread, and assemble pipes using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, calipers, and tube bending tools to ensure precise fitting.
Conduct pipe soldering, brazing, and fitting operations for plumbing, HVAC systems, fire sprinkler installations, and pipeline projects.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to pipe alignment, leaks, or weld integrity during installation or maintenance phases.
Rigging and lifting heavy pipe sections safely on construction sites or manufacturing floors while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain detailed records of welding activities, inspections, and quality control checks in compliance with industry standards.

Skills

Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and other arc welding techniques with demonstrated experience in industrial or construction settings.
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and ASME codes & standards.
Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, schematics, and pipe threading equipment.
Knowledge of fire sprinkler fitting, plumbing systems, HVAC components, pipeline installation, and tube bending processes.
Familiarity with construction site safety procedures including rigging and the use of safety harnesses.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe dimensions and welds.
Experience working on manufacturing or construction sites with a focus on maintenance or assembly tasks involving pipes.
Ability to solder pipes effectively for plumbing applications while adhering to industry standards.
