Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and system efficiency.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems.
Conduct inspections of heating and cooling systems to identify issues.
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for clients.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC/R installation and repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Familiarity with appliance repair, refrigeration, field service, and property maintenance is preferred.
Ability to weld and perform equipment repairs as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Certification or relevant training in HVAC systems is a plus.
