We’re a growing construction company looking for a Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in commercial and residential projects. You’ll run projects from kickoff to closeout, keep things moving smoothly, and make sure our builds look as good on paper as they do in real life.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage several projects at once, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
Oversee contracts, compliance, and reporting.
Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects moving.
Creating and maintaining construction schedules and ensuring quality control
Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety standards
Coordinating subcontractors and inspectors
Keeping clients informed, confident, and happy
Solving problems before they become “problems”

What You Bring

3–5 years of project management experience in construction
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in commercial and residential construction.
Strong organizational, strong leadership, attention to detail, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of construction processes and project management tools.
Comfortable managing multiple job sites across Arizona
Valid driver’s license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
Solid organizational skills (you love a good checklist)
A proactive, solution-focused mindset
