AMI Construction's concrete division is growing, and we're seeking an exceptional Concrete Finisher/Curb Machine Operator. This vital, hands-on role ensures we exceed customer expectations. We need a highly collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong commitment to expertly completing every project.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety and company policies.
- Create patterns, forms, or foundations per work order and inspect finished surfaces.
- Drive and guide the curb machine to extrude concrete along guidelines, ensuring correct shape, width, and base
- Set forms, assist with string lines, oversee pour, and spread concrete to level.
- Finish top surfaces to desired texture using tools and water.
- Work with crew members to exceed expectations and spread motivation.
- Stay updated on project knowledge with the management team.
- Report issues, material needs, and progress to supervisors
- Perform other assigned duties.
Skills Needed:
- The ability to operate a Curb and Gutter Machine is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of concrete finishing/forming experience.
- Proficiency with industry tools and equipment.
- Available to work weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License.

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
