Job Title: Project Manager –Home Services

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to help lead our residential projects to successful completion.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee residential installation and replacement projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, clear communication, and solid coordination between homeowners, field crews, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, inspections, and manpower
- Maintain job budgets, timelines, and scopes of work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Perform site visits to ensure code compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with local codes and permitting processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing home services projects
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple crews or subcontractors simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a huge plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Texas HVAC or plumbing license is a plus
- PMP certification or related education is beneficial but not required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
