Fox Enterprise is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations for a large commercial HVAC construction project at Fort Sill. This role is responsible for driving production, managing crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site field operations including drilling, excavation, and HVAC installation
Manage supervisors, crews, and subcontractors
Drive daily production and maintain workflow between trades
Enforce safety, quality, and jobsite standards
Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
Execute project schedule and resolve field issues in real time
Provide clear daily updates on production and site conditions
Serve as the primary point of contact between Fox Enterprise, clients, subcontractors, and base representatives

Qualifications

Experience leading field operations on large HVAC, mechanical, civil, or utility projects
Strong background in construction sequencing and scheduling
Proven ability to manage multiple crews and drive production
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Requirements

Ability to obtain access to Fort Sill:

Possession of a REAL ID–compliant driver’s license or identification card.
Possession of a valid Social Security card.
No criminal or background restrictions that would prohibit access to a U.S. military installation.
Ability to pass all required background checks for base access.

Must be able to work on-site daily and lead field operations

This is a field leadership role. The General Superintendent is responsible for running the job, solving problems, and delivering results.
