Marr's Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical has been in business since 1965. With a reputation for quality HVAC service and installations and thousands of 5-star reviews, Marr's has successfully expanded into Plumbing — and we are continuing to grow.

What started as a vision is now a thriving department with 6 plumbers currently on staff. Our plumbing division has built strong momentum with a primary focus on Water Heaters, Boilers, and Minor Plumbing Repairs, and we are now looking to continue strengthening and scaling the department toward a full-force plumbing operation.

Marr's is seeking a high-caliber candidate who wants to join an already growing plumbing team and help take it to the next level. This is an opportunity to contribute to a department with structure, support, and proven demand — while still having the ability to influence its future direction.

Qualifications

Positive, work well with others
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
Clean, professional appearance and conduct
Mechanical aptitude and comfortable working with hand tools
Ability to install and commission all types of water heaters and venting systems
Ability to solder and press copper
Able to lift 75 pounds and be in good health
Comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and in closed spaces
Valid driver's license, good driving record, insurable with a good record
Desire to achieve or maintain necessary state, and industry certifications
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
