Pay based on experience.

Electrical experience to be able to read electrical drawings is required.

Responsible to process projects from beginning to end as follows:

-Understand prices and prepare quotes.

-Receive and review customer purchase orders confirming accuracy based on quoted pricing.

-Spread sheet preparation for billing purposes and showing break down of all individual material items and specific vendor profit margins.

-Entering pick tickets and purchase orders and providing them to manufacturers/fabricators to have submittals consisting of drawings, cut sheets, spec sheets to be provided for approval.

-Provide contractors with submittal packages and follow up with any revisions needed.

-Follow up with contractors on approvals, if needed. Upon receipt of approvals and releases, provide them to manufacturer/fabricator to procure material and release it for shipment.

-Coordinate with warehouse manager on shipments going out of warehouse.

-Manage all material for the job to ship to destination locations for installation.

-Manage job to include shipping of material and resolve issues that may arise. To include providing missing materials, expedites, ship date estimates, repair procedures, RMA’s, warranty replacements, material certifications, touch up paint, etc.

-Provide closing packages for final inspection to the project.

-Provide customer support to contractors throughout the job and after job is completed.

- Write warranty letters and assemble warranty document packages.

- Quote various materials needed during and after project duration.

- Provide logistical support to customers and suppliers.

- Maintain project paperwork.

- Assist with billing and invoicing as needed.

- Reviewing monthly order reports.
