Genesis Staffing is sourcing dependable & qualified Machine Operators for our client in Conroe, TX.

Job Qualifications

Ability to adhere to Safety Policy & Procedures
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 to 5 years of machine operation experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team!
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts standing, bending, stooping and lift up to 25 lbs
Excellent attendance record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work a Rotational work schedule (Days and Nights) including weekends and holidays
Ability to complete background check and pre- employment drug and alcohol testing requirements

Responsibilities

???????Shift hours are 6:00 - 6:30
Operate and maintain production machines in a paper converting line
(Rewinders, unwinders, wrappers, palletizers, case packers, etc.)
Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
Load raw materials (Parent Reels, Poly Rolls, Core Materials) by using overhead crane, pallet jack,
Monitor equipment, perform resets, replenish and troubleshoot assigned area of the line as needed
Determine and report downtime, pallet counts, machine speeds, etc
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned areas
Monitor line for defective materials and perform quality checks
May operate automated packaging equipment
