Tribute seeks a Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Cooper's Ridge, located in Ladson, SC. Tribute Companies is dedicated to customer service and elevating the communities we serve. What You’ll Do ️:

Repair and maintain appliances: Troubleshoot and fix refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers/dryers, and more!
️Turn apartments efficiently: Ensure units are clean, functional, and move-in ready with working appliances and fixtures.
Handle general repairs: Perform repairs and upkeep across the property, including basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Conduct preventive maintenance: Keep appliances and systems in top shape to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge: 1+ years of experience in general maintenance, with a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Hands-On: Own and know how to use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.
Certified: HVAC/EPA Certification and/or CPO is a plus.
Schedule: On-call duty rotation required.
Trustworthy: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $25 to $27 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
