HVAC Service Manager – Commercial Mechanical Contractor

Eastern Mechanical Contractors (EMC) is seeking an experienced, motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our commercial service division. This role is ideal for a proven HVAC leader who can manage technicians, build strong client relationships, and grow our service and maintenance contract business.

We service major clients throughout New Hampshire, including universities, manufacturing facilities, corporate campuses, and large commercial buildings.

Experience Required: 10+ years in commercial HVAC as a service manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, support, and schedule the service technician team
Develop and expand service/maintenance contract sales
Perform site visits, proposals, and estimates for repairs and service work
Maintain client relationships and high customer satisfaction
Oversee service operations, scheduling, and job costing
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to EMC standards
Recruit, train, and mentor HVAC technicians
Work with ownership to set and achieve service department goals

Requirements

10+ years commercial HVAC service experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems: RTUs, Chillers, boilers, VRF, hydronics, controls
Proven track record of managing techs or leading teams
Ability to generate and close new service and maintenance contracts
Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
