Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated On Call HVAC Technician to provide flexible, responsive HVAC services on the weekend and after regular business hours. This role involves responding promptly to service calls, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs or maintenance to ensure optimal comfort and system efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, field service experience, and a proactive attitude to handle diverse HVAC challenges with confidence.
Duties
- Respond quickly to on-call service requests for HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, and related mechanical equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Conduct system inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring property maintenance standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts used, and system conditions for future reference and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC/R systems
- Familiarity with HVAC design concepts and field service procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Skilled in welding, equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC/R work environments.
