Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber to lead and execute complex plumbing projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sites. As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring all plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in construction plumbing, schematics, and mechanical systems will drive successful project completion while adhering to all local codes and regulations. Duties

Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites, including piping, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
Perform construction estimating to determine material needs, labor costs, and project timelines.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding apparatus, and other mechanical tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly.
Manage field service tasks such as troubleshooting plumbing issues in existing structures or remodeling projects.
Execute heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in pipe installation or maintenance work while maintaining safety protocols.
Read schematics and technical manuals related to HVAC systems or mechanical components as needed for integrated projects.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes.
Support remodeling or maintenance person tasks that require plumbing expertise or general maintenance skills.
Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

Valid license as a Master Plumber with comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial environments; site experience is essential.
Strong understanding of construction estimating processes including material take-offs and cost calculations.
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, HVAC diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other mechanical devices used in plumbing work.
Mechanical knowledge related to pipe installation, remodeling projects, maintenance tasks, and system troubleshooting.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety standards.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations required during project planning.
Experience with carpentry or general maintenance person skills is a plus for versatile project support.
Knowledge of construction estimating software or schematics reading is advantageous.
Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
