With a high percentage of repeat and referral business from major healthcare systems and medical groups in the Tri-State area, the company combines technical know-how with a hands-on, service-driven approach that keeps projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with stringent healthcare codes and standards.

About the Role
An opportunity exists for an Assistant Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout. You'll be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and field operations, while maintaining strong communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors. The role suits a driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in seeing projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager working across healthcare or commercial interiors.
Proven record managing projects between $2M – $10M.
Strong technical understanding of scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
