What We're Looking For
3+ Years in HVAC or Home Services Sales – You’ve sat across the kitchen table and know how to build trust
Comfort with Numbers – You can explain system costs and financing like a pro
Educator's Mindset – You help homeowners make informed decisions without pressure
Hunter Mentality – You’re motivated by results and pride in your craft

Certifications (EPA, NATE, etc.) are a plus, but not required if you're a closer. Must love dogs, and people. We’re in homes every day.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home consultations to assess comfort needs. Present system solutions that match homeowner goals and budgets. Communicate value, financing, warranties, and next steps clearly Travel to homes in a company-provided vehicle—leads dispatched daily. Represent the Pro Comfort Control brand with integrity, empathy, and professionalism

● Location: Ashland Ma, In-Person Role
● 2-3 Years+ Proven HVAC Sales Experience
● Job Type: Full-Time
● Pay: $175,000 – $350,000+ / year
● Schedule: Monday–Friday, evenings/Saturdays optional
● Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance-based incentives
● Must Have: Valid driver’s license
● Preferred: Sales or technical certifications, CRM experience
