Wage and Benefits Package
- Hourly Rate: $25-35
- Company Vehicle
- Paid Sick and Vacation Time: Up to 4 weeks based on length of service

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, service, and some basic repairs on all HVAC systems
- Provide excellent client service to residential customers
- Perform all work according to Massachusetts sheet metal, plumbing, building, and gas codes
- Follow all manufacturer’s specifications for the service and maintenance of equipment and fixtures
- Deliver quality workmanship and maintain high standards of craftsmanship
Requirements
- Current MA driver’s license in good standing
- Current EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
