Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both industrial and commercial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of electrical schematics and the ability to work with various voltage levels. Residential experience would be a plus. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. $28-$50 with Commission!
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and logic controllers.
- Work with both high voltage and low voltage systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician in industrial or commercial settings. Residential experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints related to electrical installations.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
- Experience working with logic controllers is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
